Before becoming a mother, I spent 7 years building a career in content marketing, driven, independent, and deeply connected to who I was.
Motherhood, while beautiful, brought with it a shift I wasn’t prepared for.
I found myself feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected from the person I once knew so well.
From the outside, everything looked fine. But within, something felt unfamiliar, like I had lost a part of myself along the way.
Having navigated the thick of postpartum myself, I later came to understand that what I was going through was a phase that is identity-altering for women when they step into motherhood.
And yet, so few women are truly supported through it.I know, because I went looking for that support myself.
I’m a certified life coach, but my work didn’t begin with a certification.
It began with a need to understand.I didn’t just want to feel better.
I wanted to make sense of what I was experiencing, to reconnect with myself, and to rebuild in a way that felt true and sustainable.
As I began to understand my emotions, my patterns, and my identity beyond motherhood, something shifted. Not overnight... but in a way that felt real, grounded, and lasting.
Today, I work with mothers who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves—supporting them in gently finding their way back to emotional balance, clarity, and a sense of self that feels like their own again.
Because this phase of your life doesn’t have to be one you simply “get through.”
You can feel like yourself again—strong, steady, and whole. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
